We start the day bright and early, picking you up directly from your hotel in Marsa Alam around 5:30 AM. The early start is perfect for enjoying the cool morning air and beautiful light in the desert.
Once we arrive at our desert base, our friendly team gives you a quick and easy lesson on how to ride the quad bike safely. We'll get you fitted with a helmet and make sure you feel confident before we head out.
Now the fun really begins! You'll follow your guide into the open desert, feeling the thrill of riding over the dunes. The Aladin Safari Marsa Alam route is chosen for its fantastic scenery, giving you a real sense of the scale of the landscape.
We ride to a traditional Bedouin village where you get a chance to slow down. The locals will welcome you with a traditional tea. It's a great opportunity to see their simple way of life and learn about their culture, including a look at a traditional 'pharmacy'.
No trip to the desert is complete without this! You'll enjoy a short, gentle ride on one of these amazing animals. It’s a classic photo opportunity and a peaceful way to see the desert from a different perspective.
After all the activities, we’ll hop back on the quads to return to base. From there, our driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. You'll be back between 10:30 and 11:00 AM, with the rest of the day to relax.
Do I need experience to ride a quad bike?
Not at all! This tour is perfect for beginners. Our guides provide a full safety briefing and instructions before you start, and you'll have a moment to practice. We make sure everyone feels comfortable.
What should I wear for the desert safari?
We recommend comfortable, casual clothes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. Closed-toe shoes like trainers are a must for safety. Also, bring sunglasses and a scarf to cover your face from the sand.
How long is the actual quad bike part of the tour?
The quad biking portion of the Aladin Safari Marsa Alam lasts for about one and a half hours, including the ride to and from the Bedouin village. It's plenty of time to have a fantastic ride!
Is this tour suitable for children?
